We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. The

role involves engaging with student leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Connect with student leads generated through digital campaigns and events
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Understand student requirements, career goals, and preferences
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Guide students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission processes
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive conversions from lead → counselling → application → admission support
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative approach
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain consistent follow\-ups and relationship with leads
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Update CRM and track lead status regularly.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing / operations) for better conversion outcomes
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • MBA
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good communication skills (English + Hindi, Bengali is a plus)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong interest in sales / counselling / education domain
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Confident, presentable, and result\-oriented
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Basic understanding of customer handling or sales mindset
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
