Key Responsibilities<\/b>

- Connect with student leads generated through digital campaigns and events
<\/span><\/li>- Understand student requirements, career goals, and preferences
<\/span><\/li>- Guide students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission processes
<\/span><\/li>- Drive conversions from lead → counselling → application → admission support
<\/span><\/li>- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative approach
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain consistent follow\-ups and relationship with leads
<\/span><\/li>- Update CRM and track lead status regularly.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing / operations) for better conversion outcomes
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- MBA
<\/span><\/li>- Good communication skills (English + Hindi, Bengali is a plus)
<\/span><\/li>- Strong interest in sales / counselling / education domain
<\/span><\/li>- Confident, presentable, and result\-oriented
<\/span><\/li>- Basic understanding of customer handling or sales mindset
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
