About us: Gritton & Associates is a family-owned and operated company that was founded in 1967 by Earl Gritton. We are a supplier of equipment for the HVAC, plumbing and industrial systems. Our company was founded on the principle of representing top-tier companies and providing top-tier representation within the territory. When the company began, the line card, like so many others from that era, was significantly smaller with Bell & Gossett as our anchor line with a few other supporting lines. Over time, we have continued to add additional manufacturers to our product offering. Our product offering has grown from representing pumps and heat exchanger to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and so much more. What started out as a small single office in Salt Lake City with four employees has grown into a multi-state representative firm in the mountain west. About the role: About the role: As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes, submittals, orders for customers, order tracking, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. Job Duties

· Support with quoting, order entry, and project coordination

· Prepare equipment quotes based on project specifications and customer input

· Enter and manage orders for equipment sold

· Track project status and maintain detailed records throughout the order process

· Prepare equipment submittals and project documentation

· Provide technical product support and respond to internal and customer inquiries

· Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure projects move forward accurately and on time

· Provide backup support to other Inside Sales Engineers when needed

Critical Skill Set

· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods managing quotes, documentation, and project data

· Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively apply technical product knowledge across all aspects of the role.

· Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support internal and external partners

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong computer skills and ability to learn manufacturer selection software and internal systems

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

· CRM and/or Business Central experience is a plus but not required

Estimated compensation: $29.00–$35.00 per hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
