About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth for CT’s flagship offerings across the India and Middle East regions. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach and marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation

  • Identify and research target accounts across India & ME markets
  • Build and maintain a robust database of decision-makers including:
    • CIOs, CTOs, CDOs
    • IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI leaders
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via:
    • Email outreach
    • LinkedIn engagement
    • Calls and direct messaging
  • Drive lead generation through:
    • Campaigns
    • LinkedIn events
    • Webinars and digital initiatives

2. Lead Qualification

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect requirements
  • Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team

3. Pipeline Development

  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for sales teams
  • Nurture prospects through multi-touch engagement strategies including:
    • Email campaigns
    • LinkedIn interactions
    • Phone outreach
    • Webinar follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring strong data hygiene and tracking

4. Campaign Support

  • Actively follow up on leads generated from:
    • Oracle partnership programs
    • OEM alliances
    • Industry events and conferences
    • Digital marketing campaigns
    • Existing customer references and referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to maximize conversion rates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in lead generation / SDR / inside sales roles
  • Experience targeting enterprise IT buyers (CIO/CTO/CDO personas)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to run structured discovery and qualification calls
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling or supporting sales for Cloud, Data, AI, or IT Infrastructure solutions
  • Exposure to India & Middle East markets
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems (Oracle, OEMs, alliances)
