This is a\ngrowth\-focused role that sits at the intersection of marketing and program\ndelivery. The Inside Sales + CRM Manager owns the outreach pipeline across\nWadhwani Foundation\u2019s core programs. You will identify, qualify, and nurture\nleads, manage the CRM, and work closely with program teams to convert outreach\ninto partnerships, enrolments, and employer relationships.<\/span>

Pipeline and Outreach<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Own the end\-to\-end outreach\npipeline for Accelerate (venture and partner pipeline), Liftoff.AI\n(institutional and corporate partners), and Skilling (employer and placement\npartners)<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Run structured outreach\nsequences via LinkedIn, email, and phone<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Qualify inbound leads from\ncampaigns and route them to the right program teams<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track and report pipeline\nhealth every week<\/span>

CRM Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Own the CRM setup, hygiene, and\nreporting across programs<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build dashboards that give the\nmarketing and program teams real\-time visibility into pipeline status<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify gaps in the funnel and\nrecommend corrective actions<\/span>

Collaboration<\/span><\/b>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with program teams\nto understand partner profiles and outreach priorities<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Align with the marketing team\non campaign\-to\-pipeline linkage \u2014 ensuring leads generated are followed up\neffectively<\/span>

WHAT WE ARE\nLOOKING FOR<\/span><\/b>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>5\u20137 years in inside sales,\nbusiness development, or partnerships roles<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience with a CRM\nplatform (HubSpot & Zoho)<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong written and verbal\ncommunication \- comfortable reaching out cold and following up persistently<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Organised, data\-driven, and\ncomfortable owning a number<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working with B2B or\ninstitutional audiences preferred<\/span>
