The Inside Sales & Customer Support Executive will support the sales team by managing inbound and outbound calls, handling distributor/retailer queries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and accounts.

This role is office\-based and focuses on relationship management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction<\/b> rather than field sales.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>

Inside Sales Support
<\/h3>
  • Handle incoming calls<\/b> from distributors, retailers, and sales team
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Make outbound calls<\/b> for order follow\-ups, scheme communication, and payment reminders
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Share product details, pricing, schemes, and availability with customers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist sales team in achieving secondary sales through call\-based follow\-ups
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Order Management
    <\/h3>
    • Take orders over call/WhatsApp/email and enter them accurately in the system.<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely dispatch<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Track orders and update customers on delivery status
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Customer Support
      <\/h3>
      • Resolve complaints related to shortages, damages, billing, or delays<\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Act as the first point of contact for distributor and retailer support
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ensure issues are closed within defined timelines
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Coordination & Reporting
        <\/h3>
        • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and accounts teams<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Maintain customer data, call logs, and order records
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Share daily/weekly MIS reports with the reporting manager
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Key Skills & Competencies
          <\/h2>
          • Strong communication skills<\/b> (Hindi & English; Kannada is a plus)
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience in FMCG/Beverages inside sales or customer support<\/b>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Good follow\-up and coordination skills
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Basic understanding of orders, invoices, and payment cycles<\/b>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Experience & Qualification
            <\/h2>
            • 1\u20134 years<\/b> experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support
              <\/p><\/li>

            • FMCG, Beverages, Food, or Consumer Goods background preferred
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Graduate in any discipline
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
