<\/span> The Inside Sales Representative at ENH iSecure will play a pivotal role in\ndriving the growth of our client base by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing\nleads. This position requires a dynamic, goal\-driven individual who can\neffectively communicate ENH iSecure\u2019s value proposition to potential clients,\nfocusing on building initial relationships that convert into long\-term\npartnerships.<\/span>

<\/span> The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales, an understanding\nof the cybersecurity domain (specifically IAM), and a proactive approach to\nmanaging leads and building a pipeline.<\/span>

<\/span> 1. <\/span><\/span>Lead Generation and Qualification<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \u2022 Identify potential customers and decision\-makers in target markets, including\nbut not limited to the technology, finance, healthcare, and government sectors.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, social media\noutreach) to generate new leads for the sales pipeline.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Use CRM and lead management tools to track, nurture, and qualify leads,\nensuring timely follow\-ups and data accuracy.<\/span>
<\/span> 2. <\/span><\/span>Sales Outreach and Communication<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \u2022 Conduct initial outreach to new leads, effectively communicate ENH iSecure\u2019s\nofferings, and understand customer needs to assess alignment.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to\nnurture and move them through the sales funnel.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the senior sales team, ensuring\na seamless hand off of qualified leads.<\/span>
<\/span> 3. <\/span><\/span>Pipeline Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \u2022 Maintain and update a strong, consistent sales pipeline, tracking all\nactivities and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Work with the sales team to establish priorities, ensure consistent\nfollow\-up, and optimize lead\-to\-close time.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Provide regular pipeline and lead activity reports to the Inside Sales Team\nLead.<\/span>
<\/span> 4. <\/span><\/span>Product Knowledge and Positioning<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \u2022 Gain in\-depth knowledge of ENH iSecure\u2019s IAM solutions, including SailPoint,\nOkta, CyberArk, ProofPoint, and Silverfort, and understand how these solutions\naddress customer needs.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Tailor sales pitches to highlight the unique value propositions of ENH\niSecure\u2019s solutions, demonstrating how our offerings solve common IAM and\ncybersecurity challenges.<\/span>
<\/span> 5. <\/span><\/span>Market Research and Targeting<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> \u2022 Conduct research on target industries and accounts to better understand\ncustomer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Utilize market data to identify new business opportunities and adjust\noutreach strategies as needed.<\/span>

<\/span> \u2022 Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns,\ncontent, and lead quality.<\/span>

<\/span> \u2022 Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by providing timely\nfollow\-ups, sharing relevant content, and establishing ENH iSecure as a trusted\nadvisor.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Conduct regular check\-ins with warm leads to keep them engaged, gauge\ninterest, and nurture them through the sales funnel.<\/span>

<\/span> \u2022 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.<\/span>
<\/span> \u2022 Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume,\nappointment setting, lead conversion rate, and pipeline progression.<\/span>
