We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Inside\nSales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert\nprospects into clients. The role involves calling, emailing, and following up\nwith leads to support business growth.
<\/p>
Key responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify\nand generate new leads through calls, emails and online platforms.
<\/span><\/li>- Understand\ncustomer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct\nproduct presentations via phone or virtual meetings.
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow\nup with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain\nand update lead data in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM)
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nwith the field sales or operations team for closures.
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\ndaily and weekly sales reports.
