Inside Sales Executive
What You Can Expect:
- Identifying new and potential customers through online research
- Follow up on sales leads through cold calling and online approaches, introduce the Rhenus services and drive new customer development
- Taking account ownership of existing company accounts (D customers) and drive further development
- Approaching, acquiring and developing new customers in the field of air freight, sea freight, domestic and cross-border trucking
- Handling entire commercial process from customer approach to collecting buying rates, preparing the quotation and proposal, negotiation and handover of secured business to operations
- Building long-term relationships with clients and closely collaborate with overseas logistics experts and local procurement and operations team
- Understanding market trends and consulting clients on finding best suitable solutions for their supply chain
- Manage, maintain and update the most relevant customer information in internal systems (CRM)
- Continuously drive for self-improvement
What You Bring:

- Service-minded with attention to detail, positive can-do attitude
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field
- Experience in Freight Forwarding industry and commercial-related role (such as Sales Support, Customer Service, etc), (2+ years)
- Being able to communicate effectively with good command of Thai and English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
- Hungry to develop new business, open to cold-call and approach new potential clients
- Computer savvy incl. MS office
