As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play an active role in modernizing our sales approach, supporting digital and e-commerce initiatives, and helping generate new business opportunities. What You’ll Do?
In this role, you will support Fluke’s sales organization by engaging customers and helping move opportunities through the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the sales process by responding to inbound leads and engaging customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Collaborate closely with field sales representatives and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding needs and adapting to changing goals
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities, prioritizing activities to maximize customer-facing time
- Support digital and e-commerce sales initiatives aligned with Fluke’s growth strategy
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system
- Demonstrate persistence and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and objections
- Contribute to revenue growth by supporting quota attainment and upsell opportunities
What You Bring?
Must-have qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or a closely related field - Telecommunications Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering), from the 4th semester onwards.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers by phone and email
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Business- and results-oriented approach
- Analytical mindset with interest or basic skills in data analysis
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Advanced or intermediate English proficiency
- Exposure to or interest in consultative or value-based sales
- Interest in digital sales tools, CRM systems, or e-commerce environments
- Negotiation skills or willingness to develop them through training and practice
