As an <\/span><\/span>Inside Sales Intern<\/span><\/span><\/b> at Sun360, you will be part of our dynamic sales team. You\u2019ll serve as the first point of contact for potential customers<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>helping generate leads, educating them about our solar energy solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our leads database.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Understand client requirements & explain solar solutions and Sun360\u2019s offerings over the phone.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Schedule follow\-up calls or arrange site visits for the field sales/technical team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with lead status.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Answer customer queries and build positive customer relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in email communication and sales coordination tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • BCA / B.Com / BBA graduates (Freshers are welcome)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Konkani, and Hindi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word ).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Interest in clean energy, sustainability, or technology is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
