Inside Sales (Managed)

Role\nSummary<\/span><\/b>: We are\nseeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to support Nucleus Software\u2019s New\nLogo sales efforts across SEA. This role will focus on outbound prospecting,\ninitial lead qualification, and providing routine back\-office and contracting\nsupport to overseas field sales teams.<\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Outbound prospecting and cold\ncalling to target accounts in assigned territories; build pipeline for field\nsales.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct initial qualification of\ninbound and outbound leads using BANT/MEDDPICC\-style criteria and CRM.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Schedule and coordinate\ndiscovery/demo meetings for overseas New Logo sales reps; manage calendars\nacross time zones.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare and maintain accurate\nlead/contact/account records and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce preferred).<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Draft and manage routine sales\ndocumentation: NDAs, LOIs, quotes, SOW templates, and standard contracting\npaperwork in coordination with Legal/Contracts.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support pricing requests, track\napprovals, and ensure timely submission of proposals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with product, customer\nsuccess, and delivery teams for RFP/RFI responses and pre\-sales materials.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow\-up on outstanding\nproposals, gather feedback, and update stakeholders on pipeline status.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide regular reports and KPI\nupdates (calls, qualified leads, conversion rates, pipeline value).<\/span>

  • Continuously improve outreach\nmessaging, playbooks, and qualification scripts.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required\nQualifications:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in inside\nsales, sales development, or sales operations supporting enterprise software,\nfintech, or regulated B2B solutions.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven cold\-calling / outbound\nprospecting experience with consistent quota attainment or pipeline\ncontribution.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should understand the BFSI\nDomain. Experience in Lending and Transaction Banking is preferred<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of local cultures,\nsome of the languages across SEA is highly desirable<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with CRM Systems is\ndesirable.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should have good communication,\npresentation and knowledge about AI systems which can increase productivity<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should collaborate with marketing\nfor Event planning/coordination/getting crowd/CXO will also be one area<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic understanding of\ncontracting processes and commercial terms for software sales.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • The candidate should also work\nwith partners on existing leads<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent verbal and written\nEnglish; comfortable coordinating across SEA/APAC time zones.<\/span>

    • Strong organization,\nfollow\-through, and stakeholder\-management skills.<\/span>

    • Ability to work independently,\nprioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.<\/span>
