Our mission is to build lasting relationships with customers through intelligent sales engagement, value\-based selling, and deep market understanding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Role Overview:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> We are seeking a highly driven <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead Sales Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> to own the complete post\-qualification cycle\u2014conducting product demos, proposal development, financial negotiation, contract management, customer onboarding, achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, reseller onboarding, reseller relationship management and managing 3\-4 international client relationships. You will work closely with the Inside Sales team (ISM) to convert qualified leads into long\-term clients while ensuring exceptional customer experience and consistent business growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct a specified number of high\-quality product demos each month for qualified leads shared by the ISM team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct a defined number of prospect/client meetings per month.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>demo\-to\-closure conversion rate of 25%<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> or above.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing structures, and commercial offers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Drive end\-to\-end deal closures, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure timely collections.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage and retain <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3\u20134 active international client accounts<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> simultaneously.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct weekly review calls with international clients to track progress, share updates, and resolve concerns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>upsell, cross\-sell, and expansion<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> opportunities within existing accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and proactively address issues to strengthen relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track usage, adoption, and engagement metrics to ensure consistent value delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide first\-level support for product or platform\-related queries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain accurate records of demos, interactions, follow\-ups, and account activities in the CRM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
