Inside Sales Rep

  • This position is a licensed health and life insurance agent, responsible formarketingand sellingour individual insurance productsand services.It willenroll employees in their core benefit products, educating customers on their section 125 plans, enrolling employees in their FSA/HSA plans,and providing customer service to worksite employees via the phone and/or virtually.

  • Serve as aresource for field salesteamto assist in conservingindividual, portableinsurance productsfor customers that have separated from their employervia inboundandoutbound callsas well asemail communication.

  • Provide support to Field Sales by setting up appointments with potential employer customersfor our account managers, as well as other administrative sales supportduties.

Technical Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum education of60 hoursof college education

  • Candidates with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years

  • Sales potential withdemonstratedleadership qualities

  • Ability to pass criminal background check

  • Ability to obtain required industry licenses

  • Excellent phoneand online meetingskills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consistent high energy level

  • Excellentproblem solvingskills

  • Pattern of Success Demonstrated by Career Growth

  • Two years sales, management, or leadership experience or as a recent college graduate- someone who has held leadership roles anddemonstratedhard workethics by working your way through college
