Inside Sales Spare Parts Engineer
1. Deal Desk Ownership & Commercial Coordination<\/b>

<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate internal approvals including pricing validation and commercial\nsign\-off.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate deal records and pipeline visibility.

<\/div>- Analyze client requests and technical specifications for\nspare parts requirements.
<\/span><\/li>- Identify appropriate spare parts, equipment, or engineering components that\nmeet the client\u2019s operational needs.
<\/span><\/li>- Generate technically sound quotations that reflect accurate specifications and\ncommercial pricing.

<\/div>- Serve as a technical first point of contact for\nspare parts inquiries<\/span> from clients.
<\/span><\/li>- Manage and respond to spare parts requests received through the contact center.
<\/span><\/li>- Provide prompt technical clarification and solution recommendations to clients.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure timely response to requests to maintain strong customer relationships.
<\/span><\/li>- Escalate complex engineering issues to technical specialists where necessary.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>4. Supplier & Vendor Coordination<\/b>
<\/div>- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm spare\npart availability, specifications, and pricing.

<\/span><\/li>- Maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing channels.

<\/span><\/li>- Identify bottlenecks in the quotation or approval process and implement\nimprovements.

<\/div>- Work closely with the business development\nengineers<\/span> to support client opportunities.

Academic\nQualifications:<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s\ndegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical\nEngineering, or related engineering discipline

<\/div>- 3\u20135 years of experience in engineering sales support, spare parts management, or technical commercial roles<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in industrial spare parts, manufacturing, or engineering solutions environments<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in quotation management and supplier coordination<\/span><\/span>
