Inside Sales Spare Parts Engineer

1. Deal Desk Ownership & Commercial Coordination<\/b>

  • Coordinate internal approvals including pricing validation and commercial\nsign\-off.

    2. Technical Quotation Development<\/b>

    • Analyze client requests and technical specifications for\nspare parts requirements.

    • Identify appropriate spare parts, equipment, or engineering components that\nmeet the client\u2019s operational needs.

    • Generate technically sound quotations that reflect accurate specifications and\ncommercial pricing.

    • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to validate part compatibility and\navailability.

      3. Client Request Management (Contact Center Function)<\/b>

      • Serve as a technical first point of contact for\nspare parts inquiries<\/span> from clients.

      • Manage and respond to spare parts requests received through the contact center.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Provide prompt technical clarification and solution recommendations to clients.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ensure timely response to requests to maintain strong customer relationships.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Escalate complex engineering issues to technical specialists where necessary.

        4. Supplier & Vendor Coordination<\/b>

        • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm spare\npart availability, specifications, and pricing.

        • Source alternative parts where original components may be unavailable or\ndelayed.

        • Maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing channels.

            • Validate deal documentation and ensure all commercial details are accurate\nbefore client submission.

              7. Pipeline & Opportunity Management<\/b>

                  • Bachelor\u2019s\ndegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical\nEngineering, or related engineering discipline

                    Relevant Experience:<\/u><\/b>

                    • 3\u20135 years of experience in engineering sales support, spare parts management, or technical commercial roles<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Experience in industrial spare parts, manufacturing, or engineering solutions environments<\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Experience in quotation management and supplier coordination<\/span><\/span>
