We are looking for a driven and target\-oriented <\/span>Inside Sales Specialist<\/b> <\/span>to join our growth team. The role involves qualifying leads, engaging prospects, managing the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, and scheduling product demos for our ERP & SaaS solutions. You will work closely with our marketing, pre\-sales, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Lead Qualification:<\/b> <\/span>Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine business opportunities.
    <\/li>
  • Prospecting:<\/b> <\/span>Research target companies, identify key decision\-makers, and reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
    <\/li>
  • Pipeline Management:<\/b> <\/span>Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow\-ups.
    <\/li>
  • Demo Scheduling:<\/b> <\/span>Coordinate with pre\-sales to book and confirm product demo appointments.
    <\/li>
  • Lead Nurturing:<\/b> <\/span>Engage with prospects to build trust, handle objections, and progress them through the sales funnel.
    <\/li>
  • Collaboration:<\/b> <\/span>Work closely with marketing to run email campaigns and follow up on event leads.
    <\/li>
  • Reporting:<\/b> <\/span>Prepare weekly reports on lead conversion rates, activity levels, and pipeline health.
    <\/li><\/ul>Required Skills & Experience<\/b>
    • 1\u20133 years in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in <\/span>SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
      <\/li>
    • Comfort with outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach
      <\/li>
    • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work with monthly KPIs and revenue\-linked targets
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision\-making processes
      <\/li><\/ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/b>
      • Number of Qualified Leads Generated (MQLs) per month
        <\/li>
      • Number of Demos Scheduled per month
        <\/li>
      • Lead\-to\-Opportunity Conversion Rate

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

        • SaaS / Tech sales training or certifications are an added advantage

          • Fixed Salary:<\/b> <\/span>\u20b918,000 \u2013 \u20b930,000 per month (based on experience)

          • Variable Incentives:<\/b> <\/span>Performance\-based bonuses on lead conversion and revenue impact (upto 20% variable)
