    We are seeking a motivated<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Inside Sales Specialist<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>with<\/span> 5<\/b><\/span><\/span>\u20137 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>to drive pipeline growth, manage client interactions, and contribute directly to revenue generation.<\/span>

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/h3>
    • Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack\u2019s solutions effectively.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, providing product demos and responding to inquiries.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go\-to\-market strategies.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using<\/span> <\/span><\/span>CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Build long\-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross\-sell.<\/span>

      SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/b>

      Must\-Have<\/span><\/b>

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • 4\u20136 years of inside sales experience<\/span><\/b>, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Strong command of the<\/span> <\/span><\/span>sales cycle<\/span><\/b>, from prospecting to closing support.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in<\/span> <\/span><\/span>CRM platforms and sales automation tools<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Goal\-oriented, self\-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets.<\/span>
