Insights Director - LSS Scaled Insights (SSO)  - 5 month FTC

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role will be based in The Netherlands and is a 5-month fixed term contract.

The Opportunity:

LinkedIn is looking for a leader to head our LSS Scaled Insights organisation, responsible for shaping the insights strategy that enables our Sales Solutions business to make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale. You will lead managers and ICs to deliver high-quality, simple, and impactful insights at scale across field- and customer-facing channels, aligned to SSO and LSS GTM priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Scaled Insights team to set and deliver on the vision, strategy, and H1 roadmap
  • Own accountability of scaled insights portfolio across Merlin presentations/dashboards, alerts, and internal email campaigns; ensure delivery quality, consistency, and audience fit.
  • Define and operationalize measurement frameworks (adoption/usage, value/impact, quality/sentiment) to track outcomes; set goals and reporting cadence.
  • Lead the cross organization steer co to drive LSS strategy (adoption and value communication) across SSO
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Product R&D, CS, Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, GTME, and regional leaders to land narratives and accelerate adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data and producer foundations powering insights; uphold trust, accuracy, and relevance in metrics and methodologies.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and ICs; set clear roles, accountabilities, and growth paths.
  • Elevate stakeholder management and executive communications; ensure transparency on priorities, tradeoffs, and impact across SSO and partner orgs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in insights, analytics and product management
  • 3+ years in people leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strategic perspective and systems thinking; strong cross-functional influence, stakeholder management, executive communications, and people leadership/talent development.
  • Experience with scaled insights channels (Merlin, Gainsight) and outcome-based measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage change across complex data and tooling ecosystems with minimal disruption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at simplifying complex topics into actionable narratives.
