Insights Manager

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Insights Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our Global Insights Center of Excellence (COE) which delivers customised reporting and repeatable customer facing insights at scale. Enable customer outcomes and product adoption, and prove commercial value, for our large and strategic customers.
This role blends analytical skills, people leadership, delivery excellence, and customer orientation, and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross‑functional partners in the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations that demonstrate and enhance the value customers derive from our talent solutions products
- Own scoping, SLA and quality of the team's work, including strong QA and feedback loops
- Drive standardization of recurring workflows to improve consistency, speed and customer impact
- Strategically plan and prioritise team operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Lead with adaptability and an innovative mindset, fostering overall team development and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong cross functional relationships with sales and CS, to identify business opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- 6+ years working in an analytics, insights or data-driven role creating internal dashboards.
- 4+ years having translated complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and delivered them through impactful presentations to internal and customer stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of working in a people leadership role
- Working in partnering and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, data‑driven, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer‑facing settings
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Having worked in the technology or software industry
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and data visualization techniques
