<\/p>KN International is seeking a\nskilled Inspector <\/b>to join our team. This role involves\nmonitoring and inspecting construction activities for infrastructure\nand sewerage<\/b> projects, ensuring compliance with project\nspecifications, local regulations, and industry best practices. The ideal\ncandidate will have experience in site inspection, quality control, and\ncontractor coordination, particularly within the UAE. <\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/p>- Conduct on\-site inspections to ensure work\n aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory\n requirements. <\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor contractor activities, ensuring\n adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. <\/span>
<\/li>- Perform quality control checks on\n materials, workmanship, and construction methods. <\/span>
<\/li>- Review and assess Inspection Requests\n (IRs) submitted by contractors and provide timely responses. <\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate records of daily site\n activities, inspection reports, and non\-conformance issues. <\/span>
<\/li>- Identify deficiencies, generate reports,\n and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders. <\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with engineers, project\n managers, and contractors to resolve site\-related issues. <\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct site visits to verify excavation,\n bedding, pipe installation, compaction, and backfilling for sewerage\n infrastructure projects. <\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in reviewing contractor submittals,\n method statements, and risk assessments. <\/span>
<\/li>- Attend progress meetings and provide\n updates on construction status, risks, and quality concerns. <\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications &\nSkills:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/p>- Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil\n Engineering or a related field. <\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum 5 years<\/span><\/b> of\n experience in infrastructure and sewerage projects. <\/span>
<\/li>- Strong understanding of civil construction\n practices, material testing, and quality control. <\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with UAE construction codes,\n standards, and project regulations. <\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with inspection and\n documentation procedures for infrastructure projects. <\/span>
<\/li>- Preferably with TAQA WS (SWS/ADSSC)\n approvals.<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/li>- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and\n communication skills. <\/span>
