Installation Technician (Fans & Lighting)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ceiling fans and lighting fixtures for residential and commercial clients, ensuring safety and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of ceiling fans and lighting fixtures onsite accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure functionality
• Follow safety protocols to complete all installations safely and meet quality standards
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain product functions and provide professional customer service
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License to travel to installation sites
• Demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
• Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ceiling fan and lighting installation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Electrical certifications such as LEW or electrical installation certificates are advantageous and may provide priority or bonus consideration

Other Information

Working Hours (5.5 Days Work Week)

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,000 - $2,700 (Based on experience)
• Variable Commission: Additional payout for every ceiling fan installation
• Annual Bonus: Guaranteed 1-month bonus (AWS/13th Month)
• Leave Benefits: 7 days annual leave (1st year) and 14 days medical leave
