We're experiencing rapid growth, and are looking to bring on a new Installations Project Manager<\/b> onto our growing team!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

As an Installations Project Manager<\/b>, you will support the Installation Manager with daily locker installation expertise and problem\-solving. In this role, you will interact with our network of installers across the country as well as internal stakeholders. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Installation Operations Leadership<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Provide installation escalation support and resolution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Issue site preparedness approvals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Be responsible for installation quality control and consistent data management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage scope changes and set expectations early<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate timely resolution between install partners and Luxer teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee install capability, recruiting, and vetting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Product & Process Improvement<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Process and procedure development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support and maintain quality: develop checklists, testing procedures, documentation, and completion criteria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Operations Support Engineering (Pre and Post Sales Solutions)<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Execute floor plan accuracy reviews and provide sales support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Provide special projects support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Collaborate cross\-functionally with VAR's, Sales, PM's teams<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Safety & Compliance<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Review and resolve escalated safety & compliance issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Documentation, Training & Change Management:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Assist with delivery of installation training and coaching<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Installation manual, technical writing, and photo documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Technical training development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Special Project Support<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Stakeholder representing installers and install execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • On\-site installation management of local and high profile jobs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Requirements<\/h3>
              At a Minimum, You'll Need to Have:<\/span><\/b>
              <\/div>
              • 3+ years of experience in field operations, construction project management, hardware deployment, or installation management
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Vendor management and negotiation skills
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Understanding of construction environments, permitting, ADA considerations, and installation technical requirements
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Strong cross\-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Proficiency with project management tools, documentation systems, and basic CAD/floor plan interpretation
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Strong problem\-solving, root\-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/li><\/ul>

                A Plus But Not Required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/div>
                • Experience in hardware technology deployment, access\-control systems, or similar industries<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience developing and delivering training programs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Familiarity with project management and CRM software<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Knowledge of ADA, electrical, low\-voltage, and site construction considerations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
