Institutional Sales Associate

You will drive institutional growth across APAC by identifying and onboarding prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and HFT firms. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution. You will articulate OTC Spot, options and market making offerings, monitor market and regulatory developments (including in Korea), act as the primary client contact providing white-glove service, and coordinate with trading, legal and compliance to ensure seamless execution and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard institutional prospects in APAC
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to first trade execution
  • Maintain high-volume outreach and pipeline activity
  • Articulate the value proposition of OTC Spot, options and market making services
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts including Korean market developments
  • Act as primary client contact and provide white-glove service
  • Collaborate with the Trading Desk to ensure seamless trade execution
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to navigate onboarding requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in institutional sales, business development or trading
  • Foundational understanding of OTC trading and market-making mechanics
  • Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem
  • Hunter mentality with high resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to distill complex blockchain services into clear actionable insights
  • Native-level or professional fluency in an Asian language (e.g., Korean or Mandarin) is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English
