Institutional Sales Associate

You will drive growth in the institutional segment by managing high value accounts and building durable relationships in the crypto space. You will promote the institutional services including OTC Spot liquidity and derivatives strategies, while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory developments. You will ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and maintain timely, clear communication with institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard institutional prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms within the AMER markets
Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC onboarding and first trade execution
Maintain a high volume of activity with a proactive outreach and follow-up approach
Articulate the value proposition of institutional OTC Spot liquidity, Options and Derivatives strategies, and Market Making services
Stay ahead of market trends including regulatory shifts in the market and emerging blockchain protocols
Act as the primary point of contact for clients you bring on, ensuring white-glove service and rapid response times
Collaborate with the Trading Desk to communicate market colour and ensure seamless trade execution for clients
Work with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate the onboarding requirements of AMER institutional entities

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading
Strong foundational understanding of OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and the digital asset ecosystem
Hunter mentality with high resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Ability to distill complex blockchain services into clear, actionable insights for institutional stakeholders
