Institutional Sales Representative - Prime

You will drive new business from institutional clients active in digital assets, serve as a subject matter expert for the Global Markets product suite (spot trading, derivatives, financing), and provide high-touch service and support to high-value clients. You will establish sales methodologies and operational processes, lead client- and product-specific campaigns, inform go-to-market strategy with market insights, and collaborate with legal, product, client experience, compliance, and operations to close deals and solve client needs quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental trading volume and market share for Global Markets
  • Serve as first point of contact for Global Markets inquiries
  • Provide high-touch support to institutional clients
  • Establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes
  • Inform go-to-market strategy and contribute market insights
  • Lead client-specific and product-specific campaigns and projects
  • Participate in industry events and build client networks
  • Collaborate with legal, product, client experience, compliance, and operations to close deals

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales
  • 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • Knowledge of staking and governance
  • Established network of institutional clients in digital assets
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management
  • Sales acumen and experience working in fast paced startup environments
