The Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD) is the lead office within ICE for leadership and career development. OLCD provides essential training and professional development opportunities to help ICE employees enhance their leadership skills and achieve career development goals. OLCD is comprised of instructors, facilitators, curriculum designers, accreditation specialists, technical experts, career development professionals, and administrative personnel that design, develop, and deliver training to support the development of the ICE workforce. As an Instructional Systems Specialist, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Serves as an Instructional Systems Specialist developing and implementing training programs using the ADDIE process. Creates training that is high quality, legally defensible, and centered on maintaining student engagement through performance and appropriate assessments. Creates, evaluates, and reports on training outcomes, and devise solutions to training problems. Designs training content that uses multiple types of research-based training procedures.
