Job Purpose:
La persona in qualità di Instrumentation & Calibration Expert, sarà responsabile della gestione e supervisione delle attività di calibrazione strumentale, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e della pianificazione definita nei sistemi gestionali (SAP, Veeva VQMS). Opererà a supporto dei reparti produttivi del sito, intervenendo tempestivamente nella risoluzione delle problematiche legate alla strumentazione di processo e di riferimento.
Il ruolo prevede inoltre la gestione della strumentazione di riferimento associata al laboratorio strumentale di Ingegneria, nonché la responsabilità delle attività di convalida e dismissione del parco strumenti, in conformità al Validation Life Cycle.
La figura contribuirà a garantire elevati standard di qualità e compliance, verificando lo stato della strumentazione e supportando l’allineamento alle normative di buona fabbricazione (GMP), con particolare attenzione ai principi di Data Integrity (ALCOA). Sarà coinvolta nell’aggiornamento della documentazione di area, nella gestione delle attività di training e nella partecipazione a ispezioni regolatorie interne ed esterne.
Tra le responsabilità rientrano anche la gestione di deviazioni, RCA e continuos improvement. Il ruolo prevede inoltre il coordinamento del team esterno di calibratori e i fornitori, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità, oltre al contributo nella definizione e implementazione dei requisiti di safety relativi a macchine e processi.

- Gestione Work Order di Calibrazione Strumentale e di Monitoraggio Fisico
- Gestione delle problematiche straordinare del “day by day”
- Gestione delle deviazioni
- Gestione della convalida strumenti mediante processo di Change Control
- Gestione progetti su strumentazione di processo
- Coordinamento di un team esterno di specialisti

- Diploma di Istruzione Tecnica o Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Elettromeccanica.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di tipo tecnico-progettuali o elettrico-calibrativi
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Le seguenti competenze saranno considerate un plus:
- Conoscenza di SAP
- Conoscenza del sistema Veeva VQMS
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di teamwork
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento
