What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building lasting client relationships through calls, networking, and referrals

  • Guiding clients to the right insurance coverage for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial needs

  • Achieving and exceeding sales and cross-selling targets

  • Responding to warm leads and following up on quotes

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Leveraging digital tools to stay efficient and organized

  • Participating in team events, ongoing training, and collaborative growth efforts

What We Look For

  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence and professionalism on the phone, over email, and in person

  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Willingness to secure a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not currently licensed)

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
