Entrata’s Homebody (Insurance) CSR III is a licensed insurance professional who serves as a trusted resource for both customers and team members. In this role, you’ll handle complex service and policy-related matters that require licensure, including coverage changes, endorsements, renewals, and compliance-sensitive situations. As a senior member of the team, you’ll help mentor and support CSR I and II team members, share best practices, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the organization. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your insurance expertise, expand your leadership skills, and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while supporting policy growth and retention initiatives.
*This is a hybrid position based out of Lehi, UT.
Responsibilities:
Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements)
Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation
Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters
Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license
Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team
Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active)
3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Multiple state licenses
Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment
Experience training or mentoring peers
Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms
