Insurance Intern - Germany

We're on the lookout for a driven and curious Insurance Intern to join our team and play a key role in how we manage, track, and optimize our claims processes across the organization. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Coordinate the end-to-end claims data collection process, including structured intake, validation, and consolidation of all relevant documentation
• Maintain and continuously improve internal claims tracking systems, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and always accessible to the right stakeholders
• Act as the central coordination point between insurers, brokers, and internal teams - keeping claim progress on track and driving timely resolutions
• Support the development of data-driven claims reporting, including performance dashboards, trend analyses, and key risk insights
• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of claims management workflows, including system updates, platform maintenance, and process standardization

• A background or demonstrated interest in insurance, administration, or risk management - you know what claims management is all about
• Strong attention to detail paired with structured organizational skills; you keep documentation clear, logical, and easy to navigate
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience or familiarity in data management, reporting tools, or system-based workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills - you're comfortable working across internal teams and external partners alike
• An analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach; you don't just spot problems, you help solve them
• High reliability, accuracy, and a sense of ownership when it comes to recurring operational tasks
