Insurance Operations Associate (Compensation & Distribution) - 6 Months Contract - SGD5k

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Associate (Compensation & Distribution). In this role, you will administer compensation for distribution partners and any other out-of-system compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments and other operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure timely, accurate payments for Distribution 3rd Party Insurers and other out-of-system compensation processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external insurers regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from receiving commissions from third parties to payment disbursement and statement delivery to distributors.
• Handle ad-hoc adjustments by collecting necessary data, preparing required files, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and participate in projects and UAT to enhance operational efficiency and meet SLA requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and Word; VBA skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous to ensure accuracy in all deliverables, with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Resourceful, independent, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
