INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE (Basic + Incentive)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with insurer on quotations and renewals
• Communicate with clients on policy terms and conditions
• Service existing clients and maintain portfolio
• Send mailers and explain new insurance products
• Handle clients enquires
• Assist supervisor with operational matters
• Perform administrative duties and document processing

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE "O" level
• Certification in General Insurance (BCP,PGI & ComGI)
• BCP: Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (mandatory)
• PGI: Personal General Insurance (added advantage)
• ComGI: Commercial General Insurance (added advantage)
• Computer literate
• Effectively bilingual
• Pro-active with a positive mindset
