Program Staff serve on the front lines of ministry \- overseeing daily\nstudent life, modeling Christ\-centered living, and helping guide students\nthrough growth and transformation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

The Intake Coordinator leads all aspects of the admissions process,\nserving as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their\nfamilies. This role ensures a clear, organized, and compassionate intake\nexperience while helping identify candidates who are ready to engage in the\nprogram.<\/span><\/span>

  • Serve as the primary contact for\n individuals inquiring about the program<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Clearly communicate program\n expectations, requirements, and next steps<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Follow up with applicants and\n conduct interviews to assess readiness<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate intake with families,\n medical providers, and legal contacts as needed<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate orientation for all\n incoming students<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date\n records (paper and digital) throughout the intake process<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Communicate intake details to\n staff and transition records to active student files<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain relationships\n with referral partners (jails, prisons, shelters, and social service\n agencies)<\/span><\/span>

    • Provide direct support,\n mentorship, and accountability to students<\/span><\/span>

    • Oversee daily schedules,\n activities, and responsibilities of the student body<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Carry out individualized action\n plans under the direction of the Program Director<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Perform roll calls and ensure\n student participation in assigned activities<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Transport students to\n appointments as needed<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Lead student work crews on and\n off campus<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Serve as a consistent and\n positive example of spiritual growth<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      • Maintain organized and compliant\n student records in line with accreditation standards<\/span><\/span>

      • Assist with phone coverage and\n communication as needed<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Support ongoing process\n improvement for efficiency and effectiveness<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Participate in weekly staff\n meetings<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Respond to student needs\n including med calls, communication, and daily support<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Complete additional\n administrative tasks as assigned<\/span><\/span>
