Intake Specialist

Renew Mental Health is looking for a full-time Intake Specialist to work alongside one of our psychiatric providers here in Jonesboro. This is a fast-paced, high volume clinic.

This isn’t a front desk role — you’ll be part of the day-to-day flow of patient visits, helping keep things organized and running smoothly.

What you’d be doing:

• Completing intake questions during patient appointments
• Assisting with documentation and charting
• Helping manage follow-ups and patient communication
• Keeping your provider organized throughout the day

What we’re looking for:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good with people and communication
• Dependable and takes ownership of their work
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
