The Role

wellcom is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Integrated Producer to join one of our legacy retailer based clients. This role sits between our internal studio team and our clients, and is a main point of contact for project intake, briefing, feedback and execution.


You will be responsible for ownership of your projects from brief to release, creating and maintaining job entries and briefs, managing client communication and alignment, critical problem solving and ensuring that the team has what it needs to be successful every step of the way.


The ideal candidate has experience in print and digital production, particularly within high-volume output environments. Comfort working across multiple platforms is essential, as projects will span printed collateral, paid media, digital video and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. A strong understanding of production specifications and file requirements is important as is format-specific best practices across print and digital channels.

Job Qualifications

  • Education or relevant experience in advertising, production, or communications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer in an agency or in-house setting
  • Experienced with Mac, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and job tracking software
  • Familiarity with production processes in video, print and digital workstreams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines, with strong follow-through abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Act as a hybrid account/project management/production role
  • Execution of campaigns across multiple platforms including print, social, display, and video
  • Act as a highly effective liaison between client and Creative Production team, interpreting and communicating strategic and tactical feedback
  • Understand written or verbal client briefs, clarifying and discussing any issues – objective or subjective
  • Write clear, concise job briefs for medium complexity work for Creative Production teams to execute
  • Take ownership of your projects from brief to delivery of assets
  • Record accurately and in a timely manner all time in job management/timesheet system

Full-time (40 hours per week)

In-Office Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in our office in the Madison Square Park Area)

Salary

$75,000 annually with benefits including Anthem BCBS, Voya 401, Unlimited PTO, and very good snacks.
