Integration Partnership Manager

Apify has become an integral part of many automation and AI agent platforms. As that ecosystem grows, so does the opportunity to deepen our presence across the integration and workflow automation platforms our users rely on every day. We're looking for an Integrations Partner Manager to grow and manage this expanding segment of our partner network. You'll report to the partnerships lead, work alongside the existing partnerships team, and own a distinct portfolio of platform partners.

What you'll be working on:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of platform partners, serving as their central point of contact across every engagement.

  • Run the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and qualification through to signed agreements, across both integration and strategic co-sell deals.

  • Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market plans, and co-selling motions with each partner.

  • Track the partner pipeline and partner-influenced revenue in HubSpot, keeping a clear line of sight on what each partnership contributes.

  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and engineering, and feed partner needs into the product and integration roadmap.

  • Build and scale the systems behind partnerships: playbooks, onboarding, and partner enablement.

Who we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company.

  • A track record of building partnerships that drove measurable revenue, not just signed logos.

  • Comfortable discussing API-based integrations with both technical and business audiences, and enough technical insight to know what makes an integration genuinely valuable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • The ability to run many partnerships at once and prioritize them by strategic value rather than treating them all the same.

  • Youโ€™re ready to own early-stage partnerships where the playbook isn't written yet, and the judgment to build structure as you go.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with the integration and automation ecosystem (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) and how listings, connectors, and templates work.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, or a comparable CRM, for pipeline and attribution tracking.

  • Exposure to the AI agent space (MCP, LLM tooling, or agentic frameworks) and why real-time web data matters to it.

Don't worry if you don't meet all of the above criteria. We value diverse skills and experience and would love to hear from you.

By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:

  • Build a working knowledge of Apify's product, competitors, current partners, and the partner types we work with.

  • Audit Apify's presence across the major integration and automation platforms, mapping existing listings, connectors, templates, and the gaps worth closing.

  • Define an ideal partner profile and deliver/update a prioritized target list.

  • Own partner pipeline tracking in HubSpot, associating deals with partners so partner-influenced revenue can be reported.

  • Kick off at least one pilot or expanded collaboration with a selected partner.

  • Present a portfolio roadmap with clear short-term and long-term targets.

By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to:

  • Establish or deepen 2-3 platform partnerships, with at least one new or improved integration or listing launched.

  • Put a scalable partner management process in place: qualification criteria, engagement playbooks, and partner onboarding and enablement.

  • Launch at least one joint campaign with a key partner, alongside marketing, sales, and growth.

  • Prepare case studies and success stories to bring to future partner candidates.

  • Set strategic goals for the year ahead: partners activated, integration launches, and partner-influenced revenue.
