The ideal candidate brings strong Waterfall and Agile experience, a sharp enterprise architecture mindset, hands\-on knowledge of APIs, data migration, and enterprise platforms (SAP experience a plus), and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. \u2022\tDefine scope, dependencies, and integration architecture requirements.
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
<\/div>

Integration Execution<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022\tLead the integration of systems, applications, data, and business processes.
<\/div>
\u2022\tCoordinate testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions.
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure compatibility across platforms and environments.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Stakeholder & Team Coordination<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022\tLead cross\-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, partners).
<\/div>
\u2022\tCommunicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
<\/div>
\u2022\tFacilitate workshops, design sessions, and integration alignment meetings.

Risk & Issue Management<\/u><\/b>

\u2022\tIdentify, track, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.
<\/div>
\u2022\tEscalate critical issues and recommend recovery actions.
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain risk logs, decision logs, and issue registers.
<\/div>

Governance & Reporting<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>
\u2022\tProvide regular status reporting and dashboard updates.
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and architecture principles.
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain documentation (process/data flows, designs, integration specs).

Experience and Skills: <\/b>

\u2022\tStrong project management expertise (Waterfall and Agile).

\u2022\tExperience with system integration, APIs, data migration, or enterprise platforms.

\u2022\tExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
<\/div>
\u2022\tStrong analytical, problem\-solving, and coordination abilities.
<\/div>

\u2022\tExperience in an SAP environment is preferable.
