<\/div>\u2022\tDefine scope, dependencies, and integration architecture requirements.
<\/div>\u2022\tEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

<\/div>Integration Execution<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>\u2022\tLead the integration of systems, applications, data, and business processes.
<\/div>\u2022\tCoordinate testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions.
<\/div>\u2022\tEnsure compatibility across platforms and environments.
<\/div>
<\/div>Stakeholder & Team Coordination<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>\u2022\tLead cross\-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, partners).
<\/div>\u2022\tCommunicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
<\/div>\u2022\tFacilitate workshops, design sessions, and integration alignment meetings.

<\/div>Risk & Issue Management<\/u><\/b>
<\/div>\u2022\tIdentify, track, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.
<\/div>\u2022\tEscalate critical issues and recommend recovery actions.
<\/div>\u2022\tMaintain risk logs, decision logs, and issue registers.

<\/div>\u2022\tProvide regular status reporting and dashboard updates.
<\/div>\u2022\tEnsure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and architecture principles.
<\/div>\u2022\tMaintain documentation (process/data flows, designs, integration specs).
