Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Integrity Officer to help strengthen GHD’s culture of integrity, ethical conduct and accountability. In this role, you’ll provide trusted advice on ethical matters, support transparent decision-making, and help identify and manage integrity risks across the business.

You’ll work in a complex and evolving environment where sound judgement, discretion and practical problem-solving are essential. This is a role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and provide accurate and clear advice.

Working with a collaborative and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you:

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of integrity policies and initiatives.

  • Deliver accurate, clear and insightful reporting on integrity risks and program effectiveness to the ELT and Audit Committee.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the identification, disclosure, and management of conflicts of interest.

  • Promote ethical decision-making and responsible information handling.

  • Undertake investigations and interviews and ensure consistent and timely outcomes and remediation is undertaken.

  • Deliver integrity training and targeted learning for high-risk areas.

  • Improve integrity frameworks, systems and processes, including GRC tools.

  • Build trusted relationships and partner with Legal, Risk, People and business leaders.

  • Lead and develop a small team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Governance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrity, compliance, legal, or risk-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ethical principles, governance frameworks, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Experience with case management systems and compliance tools is advantageous.

This role can be based either Australia or New Zealand depending on your home base/location.
