Interior Coordinator
The Interior Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's interior design or renovation projects. The role focuses on ensuring interior projects run smoothly, on schedule, and according to design specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate interior fit-out or renovation projects from start to completion
- Monitor project timeline and work progress
- Arrange site schedules and meetings
- Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure materials are delivered on time
2. Site Supervision
- Visit project sites to monitor renovation or installation works
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Check workmanship quality and report defects
- Coordinate rectification works if needed
- Ensure site safety and cleanliness
3. Client & Contractor Liaison
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates
- Coordinate between designers and contractors
- Handle client requests, changes, and feedback
- Attend meetings with clients and consultants
4. Documentation & Administrative Work
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Track material orders and delivery status
- Prepare progress reports and work schedules
- Ensure approvals and permits are properly documented
