About the role

Interior design role for commercial projects involving fit-out and alteration & addition work. You will produce concept designs, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Produce concept design, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements

• Propose materials through moodboards and harmoniously combine different materials and textures

• Work with 3D software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, VRay, and Photoshop

• Multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present designs

About you

• Experience in interior design for commercial projects (Fit-out/A&A Work)

• Adept in SketchUp and 3D software (AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop)

• Site experience is an advantage

• Good communication, self-motivated, teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Interior Design

• Entry Level candidates may apply but will be subject to review
