Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer for private residential developments, with experience working alongside property developers.

General Duties

• Strong design-driven mindset with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life
• Resolve technical issues while maintaining the project's design intent
• Develop creative design ideas, space planning, and design development
• Produce SketchUp 3D models and construction drawings
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  (Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
