Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or related field from reputed institute

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Sketch Up or similar design software.

Professional work experience:

  • Relevant experience of up to 04 years with reputed Interior Architects / Project Management Consultant

  • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Desirable Skills:

  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

  • Communication and presentation skills

Job Description:

  • Overall project execution of project which includes quality and safety management, tracking of contract program and procurement of long lead items.

  • To arrange co-ordination meetings, providing the approved drawings through consultants, estimation and getting quotations from material suppliers and contractors, bills certification, preparing weekly reports.

  • Identifying future critical technical and commercial issues which are hindering the progress of works and resolving them through coordination with architects, structural consultants, PMC and Trustees.

  • Co-ordination of site works with consultants and contractors, organizing site meetings to resolve bottlenecks to achieve targets.

  • Supervise work progress.

  • Resolving daily maintenance complaint received from various Institutes including plumbing, carpentry, welding etc.

  • Maintaining status and reporting of the above activities to the HOD.

  • Visiting all Institutes as and when required.

  • Any other work assigned to you.
