INTERIOR DESIGNER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Drive consistent and reliable sales revenue
Research design concepts and prepare detailed quotations for client meetings
Develop practical and innovative design ideas to present to clients
Create and manage schedules to coordinate and oversee sub-contractors and suppliers
Supervise projects and negotiate costs effectively
Ensure proper documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities
Provide support to the directors as needed

Job Requirements:

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Property Industry / related field is required for this position.
Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply
Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Persons specialized / has qualifications in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. (preferred)
Attentive & keen learner
Able to work independently & in teams
Strong sense of responsibility
Good Working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
