KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
1. Develop and strengthen relationships with business partners to drive consistent sales activities and push net sale growth.
2. Stay update in market, promote and seek opportunities to sell investment solutions through intermediaries’ partners.
3. Conduct regular sale activities, meeting, market insight and products update, product pitching, sales training to align and achieve sale and products plan.
4. Identify sales opportunities and work with partners to initiate and implement joint sale campaign.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for intermediaries, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge and sale tools to ensure all the sale process are comply to regulation and compliance framework.
6. Monitor sales performance, sale forecasts, and provide feedback to senior team head to help company improve sale and services.
7. OTHERS assigned by team lead and senior leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any fields, master’s degree is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in asset management, mutual fund distribution, or financial advisory business.
3. Deep understanding of intermediary landscape and investment product knowledge.
4. Proven track record in driving AUM growth and partner engagement
