About the Role:<\/span> We are seeking highly motivated interns with a strong foundation in applied mathematics and numerical modeling to support our R&D activities. The role involves developing and validating mathematical models for electro\-mechanical systems.<\/span> This is an excellent opportunity to apply mathematical theory to real\-world engineering problems and gain hands\-on experience in modeling, analysis, and optimization within an industrial R&D environment.<\/span> Desired skills & qualifications:<\/span> Education<\/span>: B.Sc / M.Sc in Applied Mathematics<\/span> Responsibilities:<\/span> Develop analytical and numerical models for mechanical and electrical systems.<\/span> Formulate mathematical relationships for engineering systems<\/span> Perform simulations and data analysis using MATLAB<\/span> Work closely with R&D engineers to validate theoretical results through experimental data.<\/span> Optimize parameters and derive equations for performance prediction and algorithms.<\/span> Document derivations, assumptions, and results in technical reports or presentations.<\/span> Core competencies: <\/span> Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, differential equations, and numerical methods.<\/span> Familiarity with optimization techniques and data fitting.<\/span> Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for mathematical computation.<\/span> Additional preferences: <\/span> Knowledge on Python (NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, Matplotlib)<\/span> Exposure to control theory<\/span> What will you gain ?<\/span> Exposure to industry\-grade R&D problem\-solving<\/span> Experience in translating mathematical theory into engineering application<\/span> Mentorship from domain experts in mechanical, electrical, and analytical design<\/span> Opportunity to contribute to innovative product developments<\/span>
