Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist ASR members with inquiries and concerns related to bookings, troubleshooting, and general programme information.
  • Identify and consolidate booking issues reported through our brand website/app, ensuring they are addressed efficiently and members receive timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including IT, Digital, Data, and Operations teams, to support the implementation of new tools, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Analyze and provide monthly performance metrics for membership enquiries, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and rollout activities for new initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Develop and compile informative training materials for ASR team members on Ascott brands and loyalty programme details, equipping them to confidently assist our valuable members.
  • Analyze the loyalty landscape, uncovering valuable insights and trends to inform future strategies.
  • Contribute to the launch of new loyalty initiatives, assisting with operational coordination and on-the-ground activation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes through automation, digitalization, and workflow enhancements.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, challenge existing processes, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.
  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, customer experience, and loyalty programmes.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, business intelligence tools, workflow automation platforms, or AI tools is an advantage.
  • Exposure to generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for productivity, research, or business applications is a plus.
  • Strong ethical values with a professional demeanor.
