This isn't a passive, observation\-only internship. You'll be embedded\nat the center of business and operations, acting as a key analytical support to\nthe CEO. You'll gather, structure, and surface information that directly shapes\nhow the company moves \u2014 and you'll be expected to take ownership of making\nthings happen, not just report on them.

What you'll\ndo<\/b>
<\/p>- Work directly with the CEO to track strategic\n priorities, business metrics, and operational initiatives
<\/li> - Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple\n sources \u2014 internal tools, spreadsheets, surveys, and operational feeds
<\/li> - Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give\n leadership a real\-time pulse on key metrics
<\/li> - Prepare crisp, well\-structured briefs, summaries,\n and decks for CEO\-level reviews and meetings
<\/li> - Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in\n data and present findings with clear, actionable recommendations
<\/li> - Support operations by tracking workflows, flagging\n bottlenecks, and driving process improvements
<\/li> - Coordinate across teams on behalf of the CEO's\n office \u2014 follow up on deliverables and keep initiatives on track
<\/li> - Own small projects end\-to\-end \u2014 from scoping and\n data collection to analysis and presenting results

Must\-haves<\/b>
<\/p>- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets\n (pivot tables, formulas, basic modelling)
