Intern - College

Are you a motivated college student eager to gain hands-on experience supporting large-scale business initiatives? HOLT Group is seeking a Project Administration Intern who is working toward a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field and is excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a real-world, fast-paced environment.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to project operations while offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development. As a Project Administration Intern, you’ll support a major enterprise initiative—while building a strong foundation in how projects are coordinated and executed across a large, multi-divisional organization.

  • Learn the day-to-day operations of project administration through hands-on experience
  • Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Assist with internal communications such as meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Help create and maintain project reports, documentation, and tracking tools
  • Support logistics for meetings and events (room setup, ordering meals, coordinating materials)
  • Assist with project plan coordination, resource alignment, and task tracking
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal partners
  • Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback from leadership and team members
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance in support of team and business needs
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills and comfort working in a digital environment (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Education and Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None
Travel:
  • No travel is expected for this position

Physical Requirements:
  • This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Work Environment:
  • Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
