What You Will Do *
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Technology Intern to support the development, documentation, and deployment of digital technology solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern digital tools, process automation, and compliance systems within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, implement, and document innovative solutions in areas such as:
- Digital Compliance – supporting documentation, testing, and reporting of system compliance processes.
- Process Automation – Using MS Power Platform to automate workflow.
- Assist in the development and testing of digital technology solutions and workflows.
- Document system configurations, process flows, and user guidelines.
- Support data gathering and analysis for system improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with compliance and governance standards.
- Participate in user training, support, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have *
- Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365; experience with SharePoint, Power BI or low-code tools (e.g. PowerApps) is advantageous.
