What you’ll do

  • Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training

  • Gain hands-on experience to day-to-day fund administration operations

  • Build additional knowledge in the administration of funds and fund structures

  • Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues

  • Opportunity to gain additional relevant qualifications during your internship

  • Introduction to clients and stakeholder management

  • Exposure and training on our IT systems

  • Understand the importance and management of risk

  • Gain insight into our high touch, high tech approach to client service

  • Take part in networking, meetings and social events

  • Expand your understanding of our career opportunities to support your future career goals

Your skills

  • Studying a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject (being within your last year of studies),

  • Analytical and problem solving skills,

  • Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients,

  • Ability to prioritise and time manage workload,

  • A drive to learn and positive attitude,

  • Good attention to detail,

  • A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!

  • Being available to start in July 2027, for a duration of 6 months,

  • Being able to have an Internship Agreement with your university.

Make a good impression and you could be offered a permanent position as a Junior Fund Administrator following the end of your internship.
