Internship in Marketing Department – Event & PR Team
Are you a passionate student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields? Are you available to commit full-time for at least 6 months (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)? Do you have strong communication skills and a keen interest in events, public relations, and marketing campaigns? Are you eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges? If so, you should become our new Event & PR Intern.
What will you do?
In this Event & PR Intern role, you will\:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including press conferences, sponsorship activations, media events, and press test drives
- Assist in preparing event briefs, detailed event plans, and post-event reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- Support on-site event operations, including logistics, guest experience, event flow, and vehicle coordination
- Work closely with external partners such as agencies, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure timely delivery of event requirements
- Assist in media coordination, including preparation for interviews, photoshoots, and press materials
- Support the preparation and processing of contracts, insurance documentation, approvals, and other event-related paperwork
- Track documentation status and ensure compliance with internal company processes
- Support content development for website and social media channels
- Assist in media planning, campaign execution, and basic campaign performance tracking and analysis
- Coordinate with agencies on campaign deliverables and follow-up actions
- Provide additional support to the Marketing team on assigned projects and activities
